This is an intense group fitness session aimed at enhancing your overall cardiovascular fitness levels. Every session comprises with a combination of bodyweight, functional movements and machines to build overall aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

This is a 45min session that combine hypertrophy and light cardio build a balanced physique with a greater focus on strength.

Boxercise
This is a 30min intense group fitness session that is aimed at enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. Every session comprises of a combination of basic boxing techniques and other functional exercises to facilitate a lean and ripped physique along with combat fitness.

Stretch & Mobility
Recovery work is very important to ensure we are reducing the chance of injury and giving ourselves the best opportunity to keep progressing our training. Stretch and Mobilise is not only going to leave your feeling relaxed and less restricted but will increase and your range of motion and reduce chances of lingering niggles and pains.

Want to get a workout in but have a little one? Or looking for a mid morning workout that caters to shift work or school drop offs? Look no further, this class is for you. With the exercises and structure of our standard group fitness classes but with littles explorers kept in mind. NOTE: You do not need to have children to attend this class!

12-Hour Cancellation Policy At Time To Train we value your time and commitment to your fitness goals. To ensure fairness to all clients and trainers, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all personal training sessions. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid charges. • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. • This policy applies to all personal training clients, regardless of the reason for cancellation. • Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled via [phone, email, or booking app]. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best training experience for all clients.
